White marble cross set on a three-level marble plinth. The cross is garlanded by relief sculptures of passionfruit flowers and leaves. The inscription appears on the plinth.

LOVING MEMORY OF OUR BRAVE HERO, SON, AND BROTHER. ARTHUR STANTON BOWD 34TH BATT. A.I.F KILLED IN ACTION, VILLERS BRETTONEAUX FRANCE. 7TH MAY 1918 AGED 22 YEARS. WE SHOULD NOT WEEP FOR SUCH AS HE WILL LIVE IN BRITAIN'S MEMORY. ERECTED BY HIS LOVING MOTHER, SISTERS & BROTHERS
