The inscription and artwork are inlaid with a black coloured Terrazzo. An Australian Commonwealth Military Forces badge is at the top, bordered by a coloured Australian flag and Union Jack. The memorial was made by prominent stonemason M.W. Hardy. Inscription To the glory of God.
