Lithgow Ex-POW Memorial Tower

A tall red-brick tower with enclosed light atop, mounted on a brick and concrete plinth set in the centre of a large ashphalt area at the end of a drive in Crest Park, leading up from the road. An inscribed and polished red-granite plaque is set into the tower. At the entrance to the road is a brick wall identifying the creators of the memorial.
