Description / Background

Red brick memorial hall, established 1953 with multiple plaques attached to the exterior. The hall houses two honour rolls, one inside the hall and the other outside. The inside roll is made of timber and names are attached on individuals labels across three panels. The outside roll consists of numerous black panels, with names inscribed in gold, attached to an exterior wall of the hall. In front of the roll is a black steel silhouette sculpture of a soldier with arms reversed. It is positioned on a stone plinth bearing a plaque.

Note on veteran's name: Royce Piper may be given on the memorial as Royce Pier.
