The World War 1 Honour Roll is a large polished granite plaque into which is set a lighter polished marble tablet onto which are inscribed the names of PMG officers from NSW who were killed or died while on service with the AIF. The names are decorated with gold leaf. The second honour roll is a facsimile book in which the names of all PMG staff who died in both wars were written.
