An arcade with its main entrance in Monaro St Queanbeyan. There is also an entrance via the the RSL building on Crawford St, and another entrance near the side of Council chambers.
There is a skylit dome at one end of this arcade with named battles inscibed underneath in the form of a circular type banner. At a branch of this arcade is to be found a Wall of Remembrance, which commemorates district Boer and WW1 veterans.
Near the entrance to the RSL building, and near the Wall of Remembrance, is a memorial gas flame, surrounded by a pool of water and flags. This RSL Memorial Arcade and Club re-development was opened by the National President of RSL of Australia, Sir William Keys CBE, VC on the 30th January, 1988, the Bicentennial Year, City of Queanbeyan
A plaque for the Korean War Missing in Action veterans was added in 2012 for the 60th anniversary of the ending of the Korean War. A brass and enameled plaque, sited on the RSL arcade wall near the eternal flame.
