White marble slab with names in five colums, mounted on a black marble plinth. The memorial is located in the main entrance foyer of the Sydney Police Centre, inside the turnstiles. It was rededicated on 25 April 2004.

Roll of Honour Members of the Police Force of New South Wales who served in the Great War

Their King and Country called and they heard
