The metal plaque is in the shape of a wreath and is attached to a polished granite tablet. The plaque was moved from an unknown location, therefore the windows and mosaic referred to in the inscription are not present.

Inscription

In memory of the glorious dead 1914-1919 who died that they and we might live. These east windows and mosaics are dedicated.
