This memorial is a bushrock, which has been cut and polished. It is positioned upright on a concrete slab. The polished face is inscribed with the names of those who served in the Boer War, and also indicates those who also served or fell in the First World War. The names are highlighted in gold. 

The memorial is adjacent to the Tumbarumba War Memorial.
