Rawdon Island Public School opened in October 1876 and closed in May 1976. The names are divided into 'school' and 'district'. The Port Macquarie News, 22 October 1919, advertised the roll was to be unveiled on Friday, 17 October 1919. The roll is in storage with the Wauchope Historical Society.
