A brick structure with three steps leading to a mosaic tiled surface with the letters R.A.A.F. (Royal Australian Air Force) and the Airforce three ring symbol in correct colours. At the rear of the structure is a brass plaque and the Air Force wings and wreath.

Killed on war service at Point Cook, Victoria, November 29th 1939 aged 27 years

Champion Pilot Royal Aero Club of N.S.W. 1938 – 1939. Aviator Patron Haberfield, Five Dock, Abbotsford Sub Branch of the Returned Sailors- Soldiers & Airmen's Imperial League of Australia.
