Moree Methodist Church First World War Honour Roll Middle Description / Background The simply designed timber Honour Roll is dedicated to the Great European War 1914-1919 with 24 names listed. The Moree Gwydir Examiner 7 August 1917 issue described the unveiling ceremony, reporting Reverend E. W. Hyde called upon Mr C. J. Hamilton of the property 'Dromana', who had four of his sons listed on the board, two of whom paid the supreme sacrifice, to unveil the board. The former Moree Methodist Church is now known as the Moree Uniting Church.
