Son of the Reverend Howell Price, Minister of St Mary's Balmain East 1910-1915. Enlisted August 1914. Took part in the Gallipoli landings on 25th April and was twice wounded there (and won MC). Awarded posthumous DSO for his actions in France leading the 3rd Battalion AIF. Died of gun shot wound to neck, aged 26. Last known address: St Mary's Rectory, 2 Pearson Street
