White marble plaque attached to a dark timber base. The dedication is inscribed into the marble and highlighted in black. The memorial is located on the east wall of the sanctuary.

Inscription

In memory of James Campbell Cuningham 2nd Lieut. Royal Flying Corps, Eldest Son of John Fairlie and Margaret Cuningham. Born at Cobar, N.S.W. 20th Feb. 1895, killed in action near Bapaume, France,14th March 1916.
