Description / Background

A memorial avenue of trees with small brass plaques under each tree. There is also a two-tiered concrete platform with flagpole attached to the top, with inscriptions on both tiers and brass military badge at the top. A curved brick wall with individual name plaques accompanies the memorial.

Note of veterans' names:

  • The inscription for Joseph H Appleby is given on the memorial as Joseph H Applebee.
  • The inscription for Marjorie Schuman is given on the memorial as Marjorie Shuman.
