Two metal plaques affixed to a large stone.

Note on veteran name: 21977 Warrant Officer Class 2 John A. Bond, 39., an armoured corps Advisor attached to the 7 South Vietnamese Cavalry, was killed in action at 5.30 am during a enemy mortar and ground attack in Quang Tri Province, 150kms north of Da Nang, South Vietnam, on Anzac day 1969.

Plaque 1:

In memory of John 'Chesty' Bond AATTV [not legible] RNSWLS Killed in Action Quang Tri Province South Vietnam 25th April 1969 and all those of the Regiment who paid the supreme sacrifice' [not legible]

Plaque 2:

In memory of Ray (Cheesie) Thorncraft OAM JP 7 March 1932 to 28 July 1992. Lest we forget.
