A photo of him in uniform exists in the Museum.

Edgar appears to have lived in Melbourne in 1935 and to have been a grazier, or publican at the Globe Hotel, in Deniliquin in 1942.

Reuben Sheather and Lucy Scammell also had sons Reuben, James & Edgar in 1898 at Khancoban School (see juvenile photos), perhaps these men?
