H., Bungendore, among the names of the soldiers who are ill and have desembarked at Malta. ..." 7. NAA file refers to Sweeney as "Lance Corporal" serving 6LH . Discharged Medically Unfit 29.01.1918 as a result of having been wounded 8.8.1916 whence he was transferred to England for hospitalisation and subsequently RTA.
