He was born on Bungendore in May 1919 to John Wark and Gladys Masters.Dudley was a member of the Australian Parachute Battalion at the time. They settled in Bungendore and had two children.Dudley died on 30 January 1965 and was buried alongside his mother in the cemetery in Bungendore
