Enlisted 09/1917 - WIA on 27/05/1918 and remained on duty - WIA again on 08/08/1918 in battle on the Somme and died from bomb wounds to chest and hands, buried 12 miles from the Somme - Listed in the Hills Hero's listing with the Hills Shire Council.
