Born Byron Bay - NofK Byron Bay NSW - Enlisted 12/08/1915 - WIA with GSW to left ankle on 09/08/1916 - Reported WIA 11/04/1917 with GSW lung and chest then reported WIA and MIA- Records show that Francis was POW in Germany - Discharge Brisbane Queenland 03/08/1920 on medical grounds with multiple GSW's - Brother of Clarence Henry Stocks #479 and William John Stocks #3437. Served in France.
