There is no U A Blackett on the AIF database. Service records on the National Archives of Australia suggest spelling is Blacket, with an address of Riverstone NSW and a next of kin also of Riverstone.
Enlistment date: 18/06/1914. Returned to Australia and discharged date: 09/12/1917.
Re-enlisted at Sydney on 12/04/1918 as Private with service number 54625 to Field Artillery Brigade and saw more service overseas. Returned to Australia date 25/10/1919. Discharged date: 08/02/1920.
