Enlistment date: 03/08/1915. Next of kin address: Cooranbonk NSW.
Wounded in action in France 25/07/1916, shell shock. Wounded in action in France 04/11/1916, gun shot wound to left thumb. Killed in action in Hermies, France. Buried in a isolated grave, 1 1/2 miles south of Doignies, France. In 1922, exhumation was carried out, but the remains were unable to be identified and were re-buried as an Unknown Australian Soldier.
