Memorial wall with several dedication and honour roll plaques attached. To the right-hand side is a small garden including a Lone Pine, and three flagpoles are at front of the memorial. Inset into the paving are colourful badges. The memorial adjoins the Glenbrook Panthers Bowling Club.
