Collector Memorial Hall was officially opened on 12 December 1952. Inside there is a timber Roll of Honour for the Second World War, accompanied by a First World War German machine gun.
This machine gun was captured by the 55th Battalion 1st A.I.F. near Polygon Wood in the Ypres Sector in Belgium on Sep. 26th 1917
