Description / Background

A dark polished, oval wooden plaque with decorated wood border in the form of a laurel wreath. The letters RAN, AIF, RAAF and MN are respectively at the 12, 9, 3 and 6 o'clock positions on the frame. Veterans' names and inscriptions are printed in gilt on the central panel.

Epping Methodist Church World War II 1939 - 1945

A tribute to the men and women of this church who served in His Majesty's Forces. We will remember them.

W. J. Jago, A. L. Smith, E. M. Pinkney, F. P. Stranger

These made the supreme sacrifice.
