Description

Two granite tapered pillars at the front gate of Hinton Public School. At the top of each is the Australian Commonwealth Military Forces Badge.

(left pillar - top) Roll of Honor (left pillar - bottom) Erected in 1920 by the Citizens of the Hinton District (right pillar - top) The Great War 1914-1919 (right pillar - bottom) In Honour of those who defended the Empire in the Great European War
