The Roll of Honour is inscribed on a slab of white marble, attached to a black marble backing slab. The memorial is attached to the wall to the left of pulpit, when facing the pulpit.

Maitland Presbyterian Church is also known as Scots Presbyterian Church. 

Inscription

Roll of Honour. Australian Commonwealth Military Forces. Great War 1914-1918. In grateful remembrance.
