No marks are present to show who lived or died. The memorial is presented in a timber frame behind glass. It was made by Talma Studios, 374 George Street, Sydney. This memorial was previously located at the Sydney Bus Museum, Old Tempe Tram Shed, 1b Gannon Street, Tempe NSW. The memorial was formally handed over to North Sydney Council on 13 December 2006.
