Marble plaque affixed to the front fence of the Singleton Presbyterian Church. The Church was formerly Methodist.

Inscription

Erected by Mr & Mrs D. Cann & family.

In memory of their son and brother PRIVATE LEVI CANN who died a soldier's death in France on April 13th 1918. 'FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH'.
