White marble obelisk and base, mounted on a concrete plinth with attached bronze plaque. This private monument was erected by Euroka residents. Formerly located at the nearby Euroka School, it was restored and moved to the Euroka Cemetery in 1995. Euroka is accessible via Kempsey.
Pte William Charles Woods was buried in Belgium. His grave is located in Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Plot 20, Row G, Grave No. 15A.
