Plaque:

To the glory of God and in memory of those from St. David's who served in the Great War 1914 - 1918. This honour roll which replaced the original was dedicated at the Centenary Service 30th March 1969 by the Very Rev. Norman Faichney B.A. Moderator General of the Presbyterian Church of Australia. 

Presented by Mrs. E. Hammond in loving memory of her husband Mal. Hammond Late Elder of the Church 1961 - 1967.
