Description / Background

A simple polished brass plaque mounted on a wooden board with veterans' names inscribed and blackened. At the very top of the plaque is an inscribed Australian Imperial Force (A.I.F.) badge. The board is attached to a side wall of the church and has three matching flower vases around it and an orange electric 'flame' beneath.

In honored memory of the men of this parish who gave their lives in World War II, 1939 - 1945. Greater love hath no man than this.
