One is made of stone and the other of brick. The stone wall bears a plaque with The Ode on it. The brick wall contains multiple small plaques with veterans names, commemorating those who have passed away in the area. Behind the walls are a flagpole with cross bar, with a ship's anchor at its base. On one side of the memorial is a plane's propeller and on the other side is the Sussex Inlet RSL Second World War Artillery Gun. Inscription Stone wall plaque They shall grow not old, As we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, Nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun And in the morning We will remember them. Lest we forget Brick wall plaque In memory of those members of the Sussex Inlet R.S.L.
