2. “MAPPING ANZACS” indicates that there are two "Temples W." Diggers born in Bungendore.They were :William Arnold Temple (1894-1963)Service # 4259 and Wilfred Stephen Temple (1895-1982) Service # 15472. 3. Lindsay at p 406-410 provides deails of both Diggers who were not siblings. William Temple moved to the Emu Plains area west of Sydney and was domiciled in the Sydney area for the rest of his life. Wilfred Temple had a strong association with Bungendore during his formative years and is considered to be the "Temple W."on the Bungendore Memorial despite the fact that he enlislistediIn Brisbane and wss domicled there after the Great War. 4.
