Description / Background

This war memorial tree is located on the Morrow Street side of Victory Memorial Gardens in Wagga Wagga, NSW. It was planted to mark the centenary of the birth of Field Marshal, Sir Thomas Albert Blamey. 

The tree is accompanied by a bronze plaque, mounted on a brick plinth at the base of the tree.
