This honour roll consists of a series of detachable black-plastic name plates, arranged in three columns above a doorway in the offices of St Clement's Anglican Church in Mosman, NSW. Names are inscribed in white. Above the honour roll is a golden tri-service emblem with crown, anchor, rising sun, and wings.
