Description / Background

This war memorial is a stained glass window, located inside St John's Anglican Church in Branxton, NSW. It depicts Christ blessing two children. He holds an infant in his left arm and has his right arm around a young girl. All the figures are dressed in colourful, flowing robes. They are surrounded by trees and red flowers. The inscription in the bottom panel states the window was a gift from the church's Sunday School, in honour of their 'heroes'.
