Block wall with several brass plaques attached, including an honour roll for the Second World War and Korean War. The wall is set on a semi-circular black concrete pad with a combination armed forces motif inset into it. A single flagpole with cross brace is positioned behind the wall.

This memorial is dedicated to the memory

of servicemen from the Bega area

who gave their lives in the service of their country

during World War II and in the Korean Conflict.

Though they may rest on distant shores

their names will live for evermore

Lest We forget

This wall replaces individual plaques originally placed at the foot of trees

in a memorial grove planted in this vicinity in 1953.
