Description / Background

Small one-metre high plinth built from granite blocks upon which rests a brass plaque. A flagpole is situated immediately beside the structure along with an accompanying Lone Pine tree from Gallipoli. A nearby plaque is dedicated to Rupert Edward Dudley Robinson. His cause of death is listed as 'presumed' by the Australian War Memorial Roll of Honour. 

The memorial is located across the street from Tathra Police Station.
