This book lists 86 people from the Crows Nest Presbyterian Church (now the Crows Nest Uniting Church) who served during the Second World War. Each page records the veteran's rank, name, enlistment date, date and place if killed in action or discharge date, service ribbons, type of service, division and spheres of service. There is also a black and white portrait photograph to accompany the listing.
It was prepared by hand by George Greethead, a parishioner of the church, who died on 16 May 1953. The book was dedicated at the church in September 1947.
