A large, white marble plaque with inscriptions and veterans' names inscribed and gilded. The plaque is framed with a slightly darker marble edging.


Above veterans' names: Lest We Forget within an inscribed laurel wreath: For King and Country within an inscribed banner: Officers of Department of Trade and Customs NSW who served in Second World War 1939 - 1945. Below names: + Killed in Action * Wounded in Action.
