A plaque listing an honour roll for residents who served in the Boer War, First and Second World Wars, Korea and Vietnam. 

The plaque is attached to a large granite bushrock bearing several other plaques about the history of Dundee. 

The memorial is located at the Dundee Community Hall, which is about a kilometre off the New England Highway.
