Gunbar District Roll of Honour WW1 - roll header up closeGunbar District Roll of Honour WW1 list of names
Description

This roll of honour commemorates Gunbar citzens who served in World War 1. The roll does not include the names of those citizens from the Gunbar Presbyterian Church community whose names appear on a separate roll of honour.

The roll is mounted on a polished timber honour board with the names in gold leaf. The honour board was commissioned by members of the Gunbar community in 1919. Originally housed in the Gunbar Hall, the board is now located in the Gunbar Pioneer Memorial Church (previously the Gunbar Presbyterian Church).
