Inscription

1. Though Duty's face is Stern

Her path is Best ….

They sweetly Sleep …

Who Dies upon her Breast

2. The Bugles of the Motherland

Rang ceaselessly across the Sea

To call him and his brown hand

To shape imperial destiny

He went by Youths gave purpose willed

The goal unknown, the cost unweighed

The promise of hid blood fulfilled

"The Bravest thing God Ever Made"
