Railways and Tramways Stores Branch, Roll of Valour 1914-1918, Railway Remembrance Wall, Central Station Middle Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background This is a light coloured polished wooden board, attached to which is a bronze sheet with the inscription and veterans' names engraved and blackened. The bronze sheet is behind a glass pane. The memorial is located near platform 23 as part of the Railway Remembrance Wall. Additional information by Sydney Trains: A carved wooden Honour Roll board, in the classical style of a temple front, with a brass sheet attached, listing 82 NSW Railways and Tramways Stores employees who served in the First World War, engraved in black in four columns, behind a glass pane. It was produced by Stores staff, and relocated after its closure, and eventually fixed to the western Railway Remembrance Wall at Central Station. Inscription Roll of Valour.
