Bronze plaque affixed to a large piece of natural sandstone. The memorial is located to the north of the signal station.

ROYAL AUSTRALIAN CORPS OF SIGNALS

DEDICATED TO ALL THOSE MEN AND WOMEN FROM NEW SOUTH WALES WHO SERVED AUSTRALIA IN THE CORPS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO HAVE PAID THE SUPREME SACRIFICE.
