Description / Background

The memorial consists of two Harcourt granite slabs, set at right angles to each other to form an L-shaped wall, positioned on a concrete base. On one face of the wall is an honour roll for the First and Second World Wars. On the other face is a bronze wreath and a separate bronze plaque bearing a dedication for other conflicts in which Australia has been involved. There is also a metal flagpole on the west side of the memorial and an artillery gun located nearby.
