Description / Background

This memorial park is located as a median strip in a carpark on the eastern side of the Uralla CBD. It is dedicated to two Vietnam War soldiers, identified on a timber sign.

The park features a sandstone block and sundial mounted on a concrete footing with an attached plaque, also dedicated to the Vietnam War soldiers. The sundial memorial was originally located in Alma Park, Uralla before being moved to this setting.

A Lone Pine (Pinus halepensis) planted by Uralla Central School to commemorate the 90th Year anniversary of the Anzacs at Gallipoli is located on the north side of the park. The tree was planted and dedicated on 25 April 2005.
