Description / Background

Facing north-west, the solid cement obelisk is set in the centre of three stepped cement base leading up to the memorial. A diamond shaped path surrounds the memorial with triangular gardens and flagpoles at opposite ends. Two sides of the gardens are bounded with a chained fence.

The memorial is located on the north side of Yenda Memorial Park facing North Avenue.
